As You Like It Cottage

‘As You Like It’ is an end of terrace character cottage located in the Old Town area of Stratford upon Avon, overlooking Holy Trinity Church, where Shakespeare is buried. The attractions of the town which include the Royal Shakespeare Theatres, Shakespeare properties, parks, gardens, shops and restaurants, can be reached within a fifteen minute walk.

The two bedroomed cottage, which was originally built in the 1860’s has been extended and modernised to provide a lounge and dining kitchen on the ground floor, whilst upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double and a single, plus a spacious bathroom. The single bedroom offers views across to Holy Trinity Church.

There is private parking a few yards away, and limited parking outside the property.
The cottage is centrally-heated, and on the ground floor you will find a comfortable sitting room with colour television. The dining kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave oven, and fridge. Upstairs the main bedroom has a double bed and generous wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a single bed and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern and spacious.

Note: Wifi is available and free for reasonable use.

Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are provided. We take personal charge of the cottage and always try and be on hand to welcome you. Pets are accepted by prior arrangement. We want you to enjoy your stay and we will make every effort to accommodate any special requirements. We will be pleased to obtain groceries on your behalf; please let us know your requirements.
